Théophile BONIFACE advises French and international companies on a broad range of corporate matters, with a particular focus on structuring, executing and managing their operations in France.
Drawing on substantial experience as in-house counsel, he also handles complex contractual matters and represents clients in commercial litigation before French courts.
He has a strong interest in white-collar and corporate criminal law. He assists clients in selected criminal matters and also teaches this subject at EM Normandie Business School.
