Axelle Zenati, in charge of the litigation and arbitration department, will be presenting, next Thursday February 17, 2022 at EFB, the lawyer’s view on the recast of the Regulation (EC) No 1393/2007 on the service in the Member States of judicial and extrajudicial documents in civil or commercial matters through the regulation (EU) 2020/1784 of 25 November 2020, alongside Patrick GIELEN, judicial officer and member of the International Union of Judicial Officers (UIHJ).
