A graduate of Mines Paris – PSL with a degree in civil engineering and also a qualified lawyer, Nicolas Blanc joined GGV in 2018. This dual background is a major asset when advising on matters involving significant technical or industrial issues.
Combining legal, technical and operational perspectives, Nicolas Blanc takes a comprehensive and strategic approach to his clients’ challenges. He is particularly skilled at working with non-legal professionals and translating technical constraints into pragmatic and legally sound solutions.
Nicolas Blanc advises the firm’s clients on a wide range of contractual and competition law matters, both in an advisory capacity and in litigation, particularly in connection with complex contracts and projects. He also advises on regulatory compliance relating to products and services, as well as on environmental and energy law.
Nicolas Blanc works with clients across a broad range of sectors, including retail, consumer products, industrial machinery and services, transport, network industries and wastewater management.
