GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte appoints Frédéric Couffin as Counsel within the Real Estate & Financing practice
GGV Avocats – Rechtsanwälte is pleased to announce the appointment of Frédéric Couffin as Counsel in the firm’s Real Estate practice. Frédéric has been with GGV since 2018. His appointment recognizes an exemplary career within the firm and reflects its strategic positioning in the real estate sector.
Within the Real Estate department, Frédéric Couffin advises a French and international client base composed primarily of real estate companies, banks, investment funds, family offices on all their real estate projects, including development (legal structuring, contract negotiation, contract performance, dispute management) as well as real estate transactions and asset management (asset and share deals, commercial leases, asset management).
He has also developed specific expertise in real estate litigation and pre-litigation, representing clients before civil, administrative, and criminal courts, as well as arbitration centers.
