Caroline Laurent
Senior Associate – Attorney at the Paris Bar
After an initial experience in French-German law firms specialising in corporate law and employment law and more than four years practising in the employment law department of an international law firm in Paris, Caroline joined GGV in 2025.
Her practice includes both contentious and non-contentious work for French and foreign companies on all questions related to individual and collective labor law, especially the day-to-day human resources management, international employment contracts, collective agreements, individual termination of employment contracts, redundancies and company restructuring operations.
She is also interested in the French practice of internal investigations (for example in whistleblowing cases) by assisting companies at every stage of the procedure and conducting internal investigations.
