Frédéric Couffin is part of the Real Estate & Finance department of the firm.
He acts for international and French clients working across the entire real estate sector.
He primarily focuses on construction law matters (legal structuring, drafting of works contracts, real estate development, contract performance, and dispute management) as well as real estate transactions and management (asset deals and share deals, commercial leases, asset management).
He has also developed specific expertise in pre-litigation and litigation matters related to real estate projects, both before state courts (judicial, administrative, criminal courts) and arbitration centers.
