Publication | A comparison of the German and French duty of vigilance laws by Bénédicte Querenet-Hahn and Leonie Babst

On January 1, 2023, the German Supply Chain Act came into force. In France, the French Law on Duty of Vigilance has already been enacted in March 2017. For multinational companies, both laws may apply simultaneously.
